The room was not deep clean, the dust was down on the floor. The staff could not help us for early check-in, not really friendly and communicated. Only the front desk lady at night shift was helpful. In general, we were disappointed. Not worth that money for stay.

Staff was nice, room comfortable but...... The only issue was that we could not take a proper bath, it took WAY to long to fill the tub barely half way (about an hour), and after a very long day of driving and walking/sitting at a hospital it would have been nice to soak in a hot tub, we just opted for showers after that. The floors looked clean but felt gritty.

Basic room, no frills Initially hard to find as sign is down, but check in was easy and friendly. Getting off elevator, instantly hit with musty, moldy smell. Room was better as there was no carpet in guest rooms. Room was basically clean, comfortable bed; needs updating badly. Rusty fridge, Paint cracking- but that didn't affect getting a good night's sleep. Little noisy as it's by the interstate, but not too bad. Overall a decent stay, just a little more expensive for what is provided.

My overall experience was ok! I like the little kitchenette and convenience of it. The rooms were a little small compared to pictures on-line. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room could have been a little more cleaner.
