Great location, full kitchenette, no frills Booked online, then called because I wanted check in earlier. Early afternoon staff was excellent and accommodating put me on requested floor near an exit because I have mobility problems. The morning staff, not as friendly. Coffee service sorely lacking. Either you drink your coffee black or put sweetened coffeemate liquid in it. No regular cream or creamer and front desk staff acted as though a couple of us customers were asking for the unthinkable. Perfect customer service , My room was very comfortable made me feel right at home
Conveniently located for my purposes. Enjoyed it all except for the lack of hot water in my shower. That was a bummer to wake up to, but overall, Extended Stay always takes good care of me.
Nice hotel travel in New Orleans. I stayed one night for visit my daughter in Metairie.
Metairie Trip Facility was very good and price was better than most comparable properties.
Mediocre stay The room as a whole was fine, but there were a few things that I noticed, though none too big to be real fussy about. The shower head wasn't sealed properly and sprayed water over the top of the shower curtain and onto the floor. There was a pungent urine smell in the bathroom near the tub. There was a dirty dish towel left near the sink. The television remote was sticky. There was a stain on the comforter of one of the beds.
Nice, clean, comfortable hotel in a good location. My wife and I came to New Orleans/Metairie for a company trip/party. We travel a great deal and have stayed at Top Notch Hotels, not sontop notch, and everything in between. This is a very clean, comfortable hotel to stay. Good location, GREAT staff. Would recommend to anyone!!
