First time stay I have only one complaint. The elevator was a mess. It didn't work half the time. Other than that, great stay.

Bugs There was a roach spotted on the wall the moment we turned on the lights at arrival and woke up to small bugs inside of a cup of juice we had on the night stand

No room service for cleaning for those 3 days. My toilet was stopped up and i had to plunge it myself.

Ortega cell#2524730847 I had to pay another 16 dollars. They said that hotels.com over booked them and that I would have to pay to difference. The room was old and had more than normal wear to the point I believe was in excess. Carpet was dirty they didn't vacuum user table or beds.

Sleeper The experience was just okay. My only complaint is with the comfort of the bed. Maybe I'm just used to pillow tops, but the bed wasn't really comfortable. I didnt sleep well there. The presentation of the bed wasn't exactly the neatest and I wound up checking the bed for cleanliness (which was fine).
