Good location for getting around New Orleans--far enough from the airport to avoid jet noise, with easy access to I-10 or other major routes. Rooms clean and nice. Kitchenette and full frig is a plus for those wanting to fix a few meals. Laundry room was also a plus if staying more than a few days--the hotel was near capacity, but machines were always available. Staff are pleasant. Cable reception was quite sketchy, but otherwise no negatives. Good value.

The receptionist were super nice. Clean area. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable but it was clean. The room was dark for me to sleep during the day and work at night. Also the air definitely worked! I would stay again!

Customer Service Great The staff was great, but the property was filthy. It had a smell. They had to switch me 3 times in different rooms because it wasn’t clean or the rooms smelled.

Great price All in all it was ok, for the price it served its purpose. they have a little kitchen which is what we needed for our 5 day trip to New Orleans, but the refrigerator didn’t work very well, our food barley stayed cold. They even put us in another room and that frig was just as bad.
