Already booked an alternate hotel. Completely unsafe. The entire hotel smells like pet urine. You can hear everything through halls. Not safe enough to stay night.

Staff was very rude And unprofessional… I just left I didn’t even stay

Dog hair..cold water.. & no washed bedding. The bed & comforters were FULL of dog hair.. i asked for more bedding & they didnt even have any. I figured out on day two that the bath tub water actually does get hot you jus have to let it run a couple minutes. They said there was breakfast there is absolutely NO breakfast just a muffin & cold coffee. I really hate that we had dog hair on everything & we dont even have pets. Not the worst place but we wont be back.

Didn’t get any housekeeping service my entire 3 day stay only when I needed tissue

Arrived at property, took 3 attempts to receive a clean room, desk clerk was rude. Got to room, toilet wouldn’t flush completely. Got up to take a shower the next morning to NO hot water! Worst motel experience EVER!

There was dog hair on the hallway floor when we arrived and it was still there on Monday when we checked out. I mentioned it to the desk attendant and she asked me if I was aware that they allowed pets. I replied yes but that is no reason for nasty hallway. Not to mention the musty smell of the room
