Over all not impressed Elevator was broken. We had a room on the 4th floor. TV in the room didn't work. No one to fix, no price adjustment because "the TV is complimentary" lol. Tried to stream on my laptop but they wanted to charge me 1.99/hr or 5.99/day. So I asked if that could be credited back to me since I was only streaming because the TV didn't work AND they couldn't fix it... Elevator was always breaking down. No enforcement of mask wearing, even by staff members! No quarters for laundry. Maid never cleaned my room during a multiple week stay. Kitchen was missing basic amenities. Some other guests were noisy and rude.
