When we checked in we were told cable would be out for 2 hours and the cable ended up being out the entire night into the next day so we couldn’t watch tv. The only reason we stayed here was due to our flight being cancelled so we really had bad luck staying at a hotel with no cable and no compensation the entire time for having no cable. The room was also dirty there was other people’s hair in the bathroom and shower area. The room smelled and the sheets had some stray hairs and marks on them.

The room is not comfort as expected, the wall is old, and a glass face to the bed is weird.

Room smelled was NOT cleaned. Housekeeping needs to open the cabinets and check. Empty 6 pack of beer bottles and take out food container in room when we checked in. Grab and go breakfast consisted of a granola bar. Picture shows muffins atleast, but they are NOT there. Ran out they say before 7:00 am when it starts at 6:30 am. BUY more

Free Parking When I reserved the hotel it said fee parking. When I get there I’m told to pay $10. This was uncalled for.

Working ac The hotel staff were nice but were not helpful. My ac stopped in the middle of the first nice stay. When I told the front desk, they were not helpful to rectify the situation. They also did not make a good effort to change my room for me and my family. At time of check out I asked to speak to the manager and she did comp the room for the two nights. Not a pleasant stay Had to travel last minute for a death in my family and this was the closest hotel within our budget. Since I needed a pet friendly hotel thought this was going to be a decent stay. This hotel is deceiving! There is no hot breakfast, no kitchen accessories, no cleaning of your room or removal of garbage unless paid for. The beds are also very uncomfortable. Perk of this hotel is its location and pet friendly policy however I will not be staying here again in the future.
