It was a nice stay. A little disappointed with the breakfast selection. Only thing fresh is the coffee.

Great receptionist, hotel wasn’t in good condition especially the bathroom. The hotel is a bit far from everything, the only reason i got it was because it’s near to the reason i was in NY. No harm to stay there if you couldn’t find better

Disappointed Nice staff, but beyond that not too pleased. One of the stove burners were not working and I asked to have it fixed twice with nothing being done or an explanation of why. My room was supposed to be cleaned up on Tuesday per their policy, was never done and they had no intentions on cleaning the room until I checked out a week later. To their defense, they did clean it the next day when I requested it to be done. Old mattresses in the stairwell.

Good stay... Overall, very good experience at check-in and after. There was a very bad smell in the possibly coming from the sewrege upon our return around midnight. Mentioned it to the staff during checkout and the manager, Amanda, was extremely sorry and kind enough to give us a free night certificate for next booking.

Nice hotel with fridge and stove Upon arrival Carlos checked us in he is very friendly and polite as well as Kirsten and Anna .Being partially disabled they helped us with our luggage and anything else . Free parking handicapped spots and nice sized rooms are great the one thing i would definitly change would be the PILLOWS & SHEETS They need serious upgrading otherwise nice hotel and staff
