First we had a mix up about the confirmation Numbers issued by hotels.com compared to the confirmation numbers issued by the hotel. Even though the hotel staff was shown the emails they still insisted that they were the wrong information. Instead of trying to get us checked in and work through the problem they seem more interested in being right. Second problem was on that the second day I had booked 8 rooms that I had till 6 o’clock to make changes to the reservation. before 6 o’clock about four I came in to make changes. I... read more

Bad hotel - I have never stayed at this brand and I never will again. It was not what I expected and I don't think they live up to the promise . I felt very uncomfortable at this hotel and would not recommend it to others.

Buggy The staff was very friendly but we were treated by bugs on the bed and mold in the bathroom. We tried to find another hotel but nothing was workin out. We were promised the room would be refunded and never was. The one desk receptionist was overly apologetic and was embarrassed. We ended up sleeping on top of the covers in another room - didn't touch the shower. Completely unprofessional to offer to refund our money and then not do it.

rotten services do not go BAD set up breakfast removed everything by 9 30 a.m. no coffee or tea or Sanka left out for later in the day. IF coffee ran out before 9 did not make any more. Ran out of tea did not have any for 4 days to replace it. Sweet muffins even though small are NOT a good CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST for diabetics. instant breakfast no milk to mix with it. cereal yech/ CHEAP not really willing to go in for worst no change foir laundry which is one supposedly good thing there. Very noisy Very noisy people running around Not happy with the surrounding

Not a bargsin at half the price Nice large room but Room smelled and sheets were dirty. Slow check in snd breakfast was muffins in plastic. Definitely woild not stay there again

Ran screaming. They understood. One word - cockroaches... also trash left behind in cupboards.
