All the staff was very friendly and helpful. The mattress was excellent. Wonderful having the kitchen for healhier eating. But with Covid...need to bring your dishes, pans, etc. Great place!

good for the price Room and service very good. Breakfast was very basic. Cereal, muffins - dining room closed, take back to your room.
I have stayed in several hotels in Hampton and Newport News and none compare to this one. We had the double bed suite and it was like an apartment. Friendly and helpful staff. The cleanest rooms. Our beds were very comfortable. It was quite. We are always going to make reservations to only stay here in the future!

Clean, comfortable, affordable, great location! We were on a family trip and needed a clean place to stay before driving home the next morning. This place was affordable, clean and comfortable. We needed sheets and a blanket for the fold-out sofa bed, and the front desk attendant was courteous and helpful with our request. Very conveniently located, this was a great choice for us!
