Nice staff The staff was very friendly and helpful we had issues with Ac and front desk came up to help us. There was a bad smell coming from garbage disposal that had the room smelling.. Room came with one roll of tissue no paper towel no dish liquid the light over stove did not work.. Beds were comfy needed more pillows... Located around shopping and restaurants would stay again if in the area.

The staff at the the hotel were all so nice. I stopped at the front desk a few times and each time the person on duty was wonderful. The issue i had was with the cleanliness. I went to pull out the couch sofa and there was loose dirt/debris (which concerned me) on the mattress cover as well as gross yellow staining on the cover. The person at the desk did give me a bed cover, clean sheets and the blanket. She did not have a couch mattress cover on hand bc the cleaning staff had left for the day. We arrived in the evening. The staff was absolutely AMAZING! Thank You! Absolutely loved that the room had a mini kitchen, full size fridge, small stove and oven. An overall A for this hotel.

Great hotel The Yorktown Extended Stay is probably the nicest one in the area. When compared to the last one I stayed at, the difference is night and day. Even when compared to other hotels I've been to, the service at this location is difficult to beat. I also like that the laundry facilities accept digital payment and cards. One downside though is the situation with the remote. The only buttons that work are volume and channel up/down and the power button. The Netflix button doesn't work nor does the guide button so I just... read more

We had a lot of problems with door key cards. Had to have them rekeyed every time we went out.
