ROACHES EVERYWHERE!! And Expedia has tried to contact them multiple times to get my refund and they aren’t answering. The lady at the desk said they would give a refund but no they are avoiding answering their phone. Do not stay here.

The front desk person Ashley was nice however that was the only good part. The hallway and room smelled of urine and they had the air conditioner running full blast. The sink was stopped up with old water sitting in it. The toilet was running non stop.Then when I asked for a refund Ashley stated only a manager could do the refund and she was not on the property and would not be back until the morning. I have stayed in extended stays before and this one by far was the worst of all.

It was multiple roaches crawling in the room

Walked in bldg B, smelled like trash and smoke. Carpet was filthy everywhere. Walls were dirty. Walk in my "non-smoking" room, smelled a stronger stench of smoke. Turned the light on in the bathroom, four tiny baby roaches on the floor went running for cover. I was too tired to go back to the office to undo everything and find another place so I hung my duffle bag on a hanger in the closet so it wouldn't touch anything a roach could crawl on. Upon check in, the staff told me that they didn’t have any clean rooms but then miraculously found 1 clean room left. Clean is a generous word.

The carpet was wet under the window. Roaches were seen in the bathroom and kitchen. Very disturbing and disgusting.
