I've never stayed in a hotel where the floors are completely black, and we had to go buy black socks to walk around and were thrown in the trash when we left. There were so many roaches crawling all over we were afraid to put any food out, so we kept it all in the refrigerator. We went out and bought sheets to put over the couch and chair just to sit down. Quality control really needs to visit this place...

There were bugs in my room I left the hotel at 10:30 at night and had to rebook with another hotel
Roaches in the room dead and alive, hallways nasty and smelly

Room was covered in roaches I got up in the middle of the night to use the restroom and roaches literally scattered across the floor when I turned the lights on. No one was at the front desk so my husband and I just decided to leave .they refused to refund me . I don’t recommend this place .

The room was filled with pests (beetles, cockroaches, etc). The room smelled of urine and smoke. Customer service was at least reasonable in that my stay was refunded (I checked out 30 min after I arrived and got a place elsewhere).

Key card locked me out everytime leaving the room. Had to constantly go to the office for a new key. The residence were loud all night and they were throwing a party outside at the property outside my window. And they had roaches

After the experience I had with the manager & trying to get a refund for a stay that they terminated, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. While the property was relatively decent, although a bit dated, the manager was one of the most disrespectful and unprofessional individuals I've ever encountered in the hotel industry. Room was full of mold. Its been a month, I'm still suffering from upper respiratory issues.
It’s not extremely horrible It’s not the worst but sure needs some work, rooms are halfway put together, something is always broken in the room, barely have working TVs and remotes, and my last room had roaches!
