Everything was dirty, from the headboards having clear wipeable stains, to the table and remote being sticky, I also saw a roach in the bathroom and I had to kill it myself. The room itself isn’t bad but it wasn’t near as sanitary as it should’ve been. Highly disappointed.

The rooms smelled distinctly of smoke despite the non-smoking requirements. I thought that the lights were broken, but it turns out the person before us had just wrapped the smoke detectors with bags so that it would not be detected. Makes me question the cleaning staff…

1. Cockroaches everywhere 2. Fire alarm went off twice in one day 3. Room smelled like cigarettes when it’s a non-smoking area 4. Dirty room

The rooms were dirty and roaches. One room looked like a dog had taken a crap on the floor.

Not so sure about Extended Stay America I'll be hesitant to stay at an Extended Stay America Suites place again. Decent place for the low price. Really great location with lovely surrounding area in office park with lake. The hotel, itself, is pretty "bare bones," but clean. "Breakfast" is not a true advertisement "Gym" is a closet (maybe half the size of one hotel room) with crowded, I'd guess poorly maintained and inadequate equipment - as per photo seen via Hotels.com, there a total of "Two dumbbells." The check in staff was not very friendly. The room is filthy, the floor has not been swept or vacuumed. There is a terrible odor in both the hallway and room itself. On top of all that I have killed two cockroaches in the room.

Property is falling apart and very unkept. Paint chipping off the walls, huge pieces missing off of the ceiling, air vents are disgusting.

The property location was decent. Lady who checked me in was friendly. Floor plan was nice b/c it had a living room, tiny kitchen & 2 separate bedrooms. Once we reached our room we were disgusted. We even considered leaving & trying to find another hotel but it was late so we stayed. The sofa cushions were super flat & stained so we couldn't even sit on them. The bathroom door wouldn't close, after further investigation we realized the door was coming off the top hinge. We had to lift it up to make the door close. There were... read more
