The cleanliness was horrible. The studio we stayed in had cockroaches. We booked in advance and arrived at the hotel, where they told us there were no rooms. They gave us rooms that looked dirty.

Room had an overwhelming smell of grease that did not go away even with the windows open. Stayed for two nights. It is an extended stay so property inside is old and smelly. Extremely basic with oatmeal, coffee and granola bars for breakfast. Picture on website is not what it actually looks like.

Fridge was noisy and frozen over. Had to unplug for the night. Room felt wet and damp. Trash left under the bed.

The building especially the room smells bad, stain in the bed, cockroaches in the bed, wall and floor. Never going back to this hotel. And its brand.

Roach Motel We killed over a dozen of roaches in this room. When we finally had it, hotels.com and the manager from the property decided I was not deserving a refund for the disgusting room my 4 & 2 year old slept in for two hours before we left! Terrible service all around!

Room we had had a unique no so clean smell, missing picture frames outline of where it was hung was still on the wall. A false wall or panel was not placed properly, could see machinery behind it. Bathroom light for toilet and shower not working. Missing dishes and silverware.

It was not a good experience The food options should have more variety. Bed was comfortable but the sofa in the room was old and dingy. The room smelled musty and so did the carpet in the hallway. The water left a residue on the skin. It was very hard water. We stayed an hour and then left. Would not come back here. The hotel needs serious renovations.
