Customer service they way it should be Micheal, Simone,Renee and the Gm Elizabeth were all top notch customer service representatives. I encourage them all to keep that same energy and hopefully all that come in contact with them will give it back.

Me and my fiancé stayed at the Norco location on two separate occasions. I must say while at this location we had no issues with the . All the staff members were very helpful in assisting us and our needs. The general manager Elizabeth Went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. We would definitely be back at this location.
I’m writing this review for the Extended stay hotel in Norco ,Ca . This would be me and my fiancé’s second time staying at this location. I must say both times were very pleasant. The location is easy to locate. The floor we stayed on appeared to be quiet. Our room was nice and clean. What ever we needed the staff had no problem providing us with any necessary items . Me and my fiancé stayed at the Norco location on 2 occasions. I must say both times were very pleasant and quiet. We had no issues with the room, staff or residents .
