When we arrived the girl at check in was nice but there were no keys to our room, she had to take us to our room and let us in with the master key, the rooms and hallways stank so bad they had spiders in the hallway I'll never stay here again...

This hotel Is in terrible conditions and really bad front desk service . Nothing was available not even the key rooms were working . Very bad experience

Nunca regresaré a un lugar tan deficiente y sucio como este; no tienen equipo de limpieza, ni proporcionan llaves al inquilino. Si se requieren toallas limpias hay que estar llevando las sucias al front desk para que le den otras, y finalmente, las personas en el front desk son muy groseras con el cliente, y generalmente se esconden en la parte trasera, muy poco permanecen enfrente, el lugar parece estar abandonado. JAMÁS REGRESARÍA A ESTE LUGAR.

Chose this hotel because it had an elevator. And its proximity to the job im working. Lars at the front desk was WONDERFUL. Best thing about the place. There were no key cards, they ran out,we had to be escorted up and let into the room by Lars. The motion detector light switch was faulty & the lights kept coming on all night. The beds are lumpy and you can feel the platform frame thru the thin mattress. The upholstry was destroyed on the chairs, ripped and peeling. Prepaid and still no room avail. Manager was not available for a call from a new employee to navigate a difficult situation with systems not working.

Poor front desk lady said they had rooms but no keys left and the computer system failed so they could not give out any of those rooms. I prepaid and had to leave without a room.

Everything around the property is dirty, homeless people around, inside is filthy, carpets are dirty, only one person is working. I could not even have a key for my room because they ran out. The room was a mess the lights are not working properly the tv only works if the lights are on the floors are sticky like something was spilled but wasn't cleaned the bed needs a replacement u can feel the springs totally a bad experience i do not recommend anyone staying there this hotel should be shut down for renovations

Not as advertised. Every aspect of the hotel was dirty (lobby, halls, rooms, everywhere), especially the room. Shower was filthy with hair everywhere, the kitchen sink was stopped up, no hair dryer and there was no bedding for the pull-out sofa. There were zero amenities and not even basic necessities like a pillow or key cards. It was obvious this hotel is used for county housing for local residents. The look and feel is that of skilled nursing facility with younger residents, not a tourist hotel.
