Overbooked and desired room was not available. White old woman’s attitude was terrible at check-in. No hair dryer. Car alarm went off couple of times in 4:30-5:00am.

Where to start ? Roaches in our room. Ok, it happens. Thanks for changing our room. Light turns in the room every 1 hours during the night. Killed the night sleep. Ok, you forgot to tell us how to bypass the motion sensor. Morning grab breakfast. No creamer. Seriously ? Get one of employees to go and get creamer for your guests. Luckily it was only to sleep here but very run down hotel including staff. Strange to have to ask for cooking items or even shampoo! We almost cancelled our reservation after seeing our room. Smelled very strange too. Blinds were broken.

Booked a smoke free room, as soon as we entered room it smelled like an ash tray. Worse booking ever.

You get what you pay for. Excellent customer service but the hotel smelled. Dirty carpet. If you just need a place to sleep this is it. Not a place to stay and hang out.

We stay one night , the ceiling lights keeps turning on in the middle of the night . The blinds in the window didn’t close and when we turn on the heater it smells really bad . Both beds very uncomfortable to sleep on.
