Very clean room. Pet friendly and close to lot of restaurants.
The heater/AC unit did not work the first night. It was promptly serviced but the cover did not stay shut after that. The room smelled stale, like an old nursing home. The carpet had a faint stain that looked like spilled paint or nail polish.

Very nice and Quiet place !!. And rooms are very clean !!.. I recommend to anyone that's traveling in Richmond !

Had everything I needed but I found women and men’s hair in the bathroom so it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. Also noticed some water staining or mold on wall under bathroom sink. Quiet area and close to parts of Richmond I needed to access.
