Ok property but customer service was lacking. Room ok but hair in bathtub, funny room Smell. Not a primary choice again

Very dissappointed Mostly the room was dirty, the keys to the room kept not working and we would have to go back down to the front desk lugging all our stuff with us, there was a barking dog, when I reserved the room it stated it would be stocked with dishes and pans and there was nothing. We had to make another trip back downstairs and were given just a few items, no cutting board, dish drainer or utensils.
