Pull out sofa bed, desk chair, and rug had stains all over. Disgusting!

Not much to like. Elevator sounded like it was going to fail at any moment. Sofa foldout bed worn out and broken. Cigarette burns on the carpet, first room smelled like smoke. Everything in rooms outdated and falling apart.

The person checking me in was not friendly or helpful. The rooms smelled like smoke and/or food. I did not stay because the rooms and service was so bad. How can I get a refund?

Awful plzce to stay We needed a place yo dleep before taking a flight at 5a. Leaving hotel 4a. The room was for 4 people. A double bed abd pull out couch. Linen for pull out was not available ubtil 4p. We had to keave fir donner back at 11p. When we pulled iut yhe bed there was a dirty sheet with food crumbs on the mattress. We pulled iff dirty sheet to find an even more disgusting mattress. We only had hours to dleep so my family tried to share tge obe bed and a chair. I eill never stay at this hotel again

We arrived at 1 am and were waiting in the lobby being ignored until I yelled for someone. The young kid that came out did not look anything like an employee that should be greeting at a hotel. He was very unprofessional and basically Just handed us keys and turned and walked away without even directing us where our room was. When we got to the room it reaked Of smoke so bad and there were blood stains on the carpets. This was the dirtiest most ghetto place I’ve ever been.
