This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Breakfast: No milk, cream, or napkins. Just pre-packages breakfast bars! No fruit or yogurt! What a rip off. Carpet in the rooms was ripped and the TV barely worked. Bathroom fan was loud, toilet took 30 minutes to full up. and bathroom sink drain was clogged, No plates, silverware, coffee cups, or glasses. This is supposed to be an extended stay! I WANT A REFUND OR CREDIT!

Not a good place to stay for the money Very badly maintained hotel. Smelling corridors, no room service for 1 week. No shampoo or body wash. Breakfast Costco muffin and some breakfast bar. Not worth the price. Better at Home 2 suites. Very dissatisfied with hotels recommendation. The franchise people should inspect them. Not to the standard expected from a brand.

not for families I would not use this place for a family vacation. Pro: the room has a full kitchen Con: the fridge was dirty; it literally had spill stains that could have easily been wiped down, and there was structural debris around the bathroom sink * I cleaned it up. Breakfast is the same every day: multigrain bar, or chocolate or blueberry muffin, no bold coffee, they have decaf instant coffee packets. This property uses cheap LED lights throughout. The property has not been maintained. everything looks old and worn out. Their so called breakfast is just coffee and hot water with oatmeal bags! The propert is simply a reflection of the hotel owners; Cheap!

Location is noisy, being right next to the Oakland Airport. Parking lots are dimly lit. Staff and signs in the parking lots warned of theft and car break-ins. First morning of my stay, the hotel didn't have the Continental breakfast due to supply delivery. The second night of my stay the front security door had to remain propped open because of an issue with the door. Spend your money somewhere else The only redeeming thing was the front receptionist who also seemed to be maintenance and housekeeping. Shower knob broken and I just about scorched myself because I couldn’t turn down the heat. The dryer didn’t work. Breakfast was not a thing “we ran out of stock” !!
