only one chair in entire room for 2 people, was told weekly cleaning but didn't happen, desk manager said no help to clean, and desk manager was very unfriendly and not helpful.

My stay here was by far the worst experience I've ever had at any hotel. Upon walking into my room There were dead spiders hanging from the ceiling, The shower and the tub were not fully cleaned as there was hair still left from the previous users. The counter space in the bathroom was not cleaned and stained, and there was a burnt spot on the bathroom floor. Terrible filthy rundown prostitute hotel Filthy rundown hotel with prostitutes working out of it....hotels.com kicked back this review for these reasons...no profanity. No posting room rates. No posting personal information.....none of these offenses were in my review....so I am left to believe that all reviews on hotel com are not to be trusted

Do not do it Sooooo. 2 am….an alarm goes off. Loud sirens and strobe lights greet me as I wake up from my gummy induced sleep. After running into walls and finding the light switch, I almost get the dogs hitched and it all stops. I call down the the desk who told me it’s a general alarm, but the fire department is coming!??? I’m like do I have to evacuate? He’s like no. No apologies, no announcements, nothing. The room is dingy, the couch had a mystery stain on it and there was no shampoo, conditioner or lotion.
