Room 222 had roaches so I told the front desk and I was switch to room 317 which was fine. I have stayed at this hotel more than 5 times before.
We didn’t got a stay at their because it was over booked and worst experience and at the middle of night we have to find another hotel and scary area and pay double. I want my refund and extra credits
Service was good but room smelled like cigarettes and stains on bed sheets
Smelly place. Front desk abrasive. Pullout bed mattress horribly worn.
Think twice This hotel needs to be updated. It's advertised breakfast but all you get is coffee, hot chocolate and oatmeal packs. My window did not lock and I was on the ground floor. There was a smell on one of the pillows.
