I loved the hotel location, it was close to the Airport but secluded in Alameda. The representative was friendly and quickly checked us in. Sadly the halls were filled with dog urine stains. The room had a mixture of odors that were offensive to the

Stay away from this hotel Would not recommend this hotel at all. The front desk service was poor. The room itself looked rundown. We did not have more than a couple of towels left for us when we asked for extra blankets and pillows. at the front desk, the front desk person did not seem motivated to get anything for us. The sofa bed mattress was disgustingly, dirty, and worn out. Smells so bad, it’s dirty and of course i didn’t like the animals staying there !! Never again lol would stay there !! Horrible! “Breakfasts” it’s not breakfast, It’s just a horrible coffee & a snack !!

I would like to say that the information received over the phone did not know the correct system and left me and my family in a very difficult situation. We were unable to stay there due to misinformation. It was stated that these were canceled
