Not family friendly Asked and reserved a king bed but found out after arriving they had none. First toom provided was smelly so had to chsnge room. Website and reservation said breakfast included, but it was a gran-n-go. Overall not suited for family, if you are looking to stay for a vacation.

The place was nice , clean and we like everything but when I do the reservation it said continental breakfast include and they said it will end at 9:30am we get there at 8:30am at it was almost empty... they just offer coffe , muffins, oat mil and they don't even had that ... and the person on the front desk gets mad when we ask if they will put more things cause they do t eaven had hot water.... she said that the breakfast ends at 9:30 but it was only 8:30 she just put granola bars and she had a terrible attitude... we just... read more

Our room was dirty, i.e., we found faux-eyelashes on the lamp stand, dirt on the pillow cases, the pull-out sofa bed had crumbs, candy, and fruit on the mattress and railing. The sofa bed frame was broken and not able to be used. We didn't have enough blankets, pillows, and towels for the 3 of us. When we requested the problems be resolved we were told there weren't any other rooms available, the attendant didn't know how to "remove a mattress," the attendant was not at the front desk each of the 12 times I attempted to get ... read more

room was smelly. sink smelled like sewer. toilet seat was about to fall off. refigerator rattle at times

Inexpensive place to leave your stuff on vacation It waa an ok place stay but as a whole I'd not recommend it, the staff were less then helpful, the room seemed to not be cleaned thoroughly, and when we asked for more towels, pillows, ect they always seemed to be out or we couldn't find anyone, and the few times we tried to watch tv it was blurry and never focused, the breakfast was simply muffins and coffee, which they never brewed enough of

The staff was very nice. The room it'self, had dirty towels in the corner, no glasses, no sheets for the extra sofa bed and no extra pillows. As I was checking in, a lady came to the front desk and informed them that her room had no cleaning service from the previous guest. My guess is that there had been a house cleaning mutiny.

Bad Bad Bad experience The worst. We stayed at one near 6 Flags Magic Mountain Valencia Ca it was great. Night and day difference.

They clean your room once a week. I received my room dirty and smelly.
