Rough start Employee at check in seemed in-different and rushed a standard amenity speech which was hard to understand because he rushed through it. We were given a room that hadn’t been cleaned. There was trash and food all over the room and bed was not made. We were able to return to the desk and we received another room. The second room was better. However, the bathroom door would not latch.

Couch torn and ratty. Faucet handle in shower broken. Parking lot poorly lit at night and dirty.
