Room was extremely dirty, dirty clothes from previous person shoved in a chair. Non smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke and had burn holes everywhere. Shred marks in the curtains. Screaming people all in the hallways. Horrible experience do not stay there!!!

Great staff, hotel needs work The staff, except the manager Jason are amazing. The hotel is run down, each room has something different to offer: roaches, anta, smoke... and they all smell of something precurer. It was convenient to target, and the bridge. Other stores near by as well, safeway, starbucks, peets not to far. I prefer peets.

Elevator was off for a few days.
Friendly service. Good price. But the heater did not work, there was a hair in my folded towels, there was a big spider web in the bathroom and the toilet ran all night. Also, the Expedia app said check out was at 12:00pm. I had a cleaning lady knock and try and enter my room at 11:00am. She gave me 10 minutes to get out.

We needed a place. First the front deak and cleaning crew are fabulous. Jason, the manager must have had some upset with us because we could never have our room cleaned and upon our arrival that room had not been cleaned properly. There were bottles and trash under each bed. Our 2nd room, yes 2nd because Jason said that we could not rent a room for longer than 2 weeks, so I used my name and my kids names to get around that.
