Beds to hard. Wall temp control did not work. Vending machine broken. No pots and pans or dishes. Had to leave $100 deposit cash. Bummer!!!

Mixed feelings Blood on sheets, no hot water for shower..for the price, you'd think the breakfast would have been more than a muffin and breakfast bar. Other than that, it was good.

I was delighted that there was a full kitchen in room. Also the pet policy is great. Only $25 for pets. I'll definitely stay here again.

This hotel is convenient for Amtrak Emeryville This hotel is easy to reach for an overnight stay from San Francisco Embarcadero Bus Station by the 19 bus half hourly until about 10pm. However it is essentially designed for car overstops and has no dining facilities. It is ideal for an early morning Amtrak train from Emeryville station ( 5 minutes away by taxi, 15-20 minutes walking) if you don't want to trust the early morning Amtrak shuttle from San Francisco It is modern clean and has large quiet rooms. just okay when we arrived at the hotel we got smoking rooms although the reservation was for non-smoking rooms. the lady at the front desk wasn't kind and couldn't help but her menager took care of the thing the day after we arrived and we were satisfied.
