Nice hotel with great staff Everything was perfect except for having to get our kitchen stuff when it said it would get delivered to the room

hotel room was clean conveniently located easy access to areas and friends living in the area. Friends I wanted to see were able to find hotel without difficulty. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly, especially Jasmine, who provided info how to get around in the East Bay, including travel to SF airport, using BART and other public transportation.
