We stayed only for a day but it was clean, safe and comfortable.

Hotel was good, staff was ok. It's an Extended Stay, which means, it had a kitchenette. However, there are no kitchen amenities in the room, not even a coffee maker. We called down to get a coffee maker and they were happy to give us one but we had to go back downstairs to get it ourselves.

Better than expected Based on other reviews our expectations weren't too high but it exceeded our expectations. We chose this hotel because of the price and proximity to the Amtrak station. We were exploring San Francisco but this was so much more affordable we could park our rental car all day in San Francisco for way less than closer hotels. BEST VALUE & BEST LOCATION I absolutely loved this hotel. It was clean, I didn't find 1 hair on my covers nor anythingto complaing about! I was happy and felt comfotable to walk barefoot

stay was good. no major problems encountered. staff was courteous and responded to our requests.
Not to Shabby! Our stay was good. It was only for one night. I must say, the beds are way to hard. Didn't sleep well ecause the bed was so hard. Great stay though!
