Hotels.com messed up again Housekeeping never touched our room even though there are signs stating they no longer have to not disturb signs so that the hotel can always stay clean and sanitary. The kitchen items available to use were scarce so we couldn't cook most of the food we bought. The next morning we head down to enjoy NO continental breakfast as advertised. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Upon arrival they couldn’t find my reservation. Finally got to my room and there were pubic hairs in the tub. The guy at the front desk told us there was no housekeeping unless we stayed for more than seven days, so we had to bring our towels down to exchange them for clean ones. We found that there was no blow dryer in the room and only two pillows. We asked for another pillow each and a blow dryer. We were told by the hotel clerk that they don’t do extra pillows or blow dryers.... read more

Uncomfortable bed, constant smell of marijuana, hotel staff didn't seem to ever want to do anything, never at the desk.

We've stayed at an Extended Stay before in a different state, but found the experience at this location to be disappointing. There was a Staff employee at the end of our hall putting his pants back on , very strange/scary . Had to go and ask for the bedding for the hideaway and staff was behind on laundry so no flat sheet Asked for a non-smoking room , opened the door to our room and you could smell the very strong smoke odor .
