Hot Trash absolute worst Extended Stay. arrived to cops kicking out a crazed young man. Hotel staff loud and rude. outside doors didnt lock. broken liquor bottles at the bottom of stairs. room was unkempt and hardly could b called clean. it was close to my event and i was too tired to find another. will NEVER NEVER NEVER DO EXTENDED STAY AMERICA AGAIN!!!!!!

it was horrible! there was no one at front desk for a hour to check people in! the people were very rude

DON'T STAY THERE THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANYONES BUSINESS, I CERTAINALY WILL NEVER BE BACK!

$100 DEPOSIT - AVOID Be aware: they charge a $100 deposit cash or major credit card even though you've booked through hotels.com. Thankfully, I was able to cover this but considering the state of this property a $100 deposit is outrageous. Rooms were supposedly non smoking but still had old cigarette odor. Service was surly at the front desk. I won't be back.

Budget-friendly hotel but lacking amenities This hotel did not meet our expectations but the staff was helpful and accommodating. The overview of the hotel indicated that the rooms would accommodate six people. We were disappointed to find only two double beds in each room and no sofa beds or roll-aways available (we were there with a group of girl scouts). There was no shampoo, conditioner, or hair dryer in the bathroom. One of our groups found a lost pair of underwear from a previous guest under the bed in their room. The ... read more

Hotel staff gives out names and room numbers of guests to complete strangers. Housekeeping will bring total strangers to your room and provide them with a ruse to gain access to your room.

Wouldn't know how it was as they oversold our room We called to let them know that we would be checking in late. When I called back to let them know we were on our way the person at the front desk informed me that our room has been giving away due to them overselling the rooms. When I inquired how they could do that seeing as how the room was already paid for, I was told that the person at the front desk didn't personally do it, and he couldn't do a single thing for me. Bait and switch--room, breakfast, customer service Our reservation got lost, evening clerk was LOUD and racist. She escalated every customer with any issue (she seemed to be intentionally frustrating people instead of attempting to resolve the issues), she only greeted people of color. We spent two hours in the lobby while she yelled at everyone including the reps at Hotels when we were trying to get our reservation back. Never again Bed was very uncomfortable, room had a bad smell & overall didn't feel, look or smelled clean. No trash can in the restroom, no toilet paper in the roll. Smoke decorator hanging from the ceiling.
