The room was dirty, sink was clogged with water and shaven hair couldn't drain it because sink was broke, toilet had public hair on it, tub had used soap sitting in it....it was a free stay in had wish I had it back
It was dumb how I paid for a room with a kitchen but it didn't have any kitchenware or anything in the kitchen. Apparently you have to call the front desk and ask for what specific items you need but my phone in my room wasn't working and when I went downstairs to the lobby that night there was no employees to be found so I couldn't have anything to drink that night. BS

Poorly Managed Hotel The hotel is poorly managed and poorly staffed. The first room they gave me was occupied by another guest. I walked in on a man laying in bed watching tv. They told me it wasn't their fault that the database didn't update. After I got my room I took a shower and found out there were no towels in the room. Not a happy Customer!!! Overall the hotel itself wasn't that bad, it was the cleanliness of the room was nasty. Expedia said it had a fitness room but it didn't. The room smelled awful along with the hallways. I had to ask for cleaner, dust rag and carpet/room freshener as soon as we got there because it was so bad. I was very disappointed!
WORST hotel ever and Price ridiculous Worse ever . The air condition was so loud hard to sleep with noise.The hotel did not accommodate my reservation. I reserved a room with 2 queens that could not handle and gave me individual rooms. I had a minor with me how could I send her to a separate room. They did not offer any credit or did not offer any refund. I would never recommend this hotel. Rude and unprofessional

In an effort to keep our rates low, we only include housekeeping for our guests staying 7 nights or more. We do have additional housekeeping and refresh services available for a minimal fee. Roach motel only worse Filthy. First room had dip spit all over the inside of the bed comforter. I was moved to another room just as bad. Dirty finger prints all over the bathroom door, stove, and refrigerator. Pepsi can under the bed and an awful odor. Air conditioner marginally worked. Had previously had no issue with late checkout but when I reminded the front desk as instructed I was basically yelled at by the clerk. Worst experience ever and nothing will bring my business back here.
