terrible amenities (don't forget to bring your own conditioner although they said shampoo is 2in1), dirt on the chair, food residue on the table, awful smell in the bathroom, loud refrigerator (I had to unplug the power cord)

I paid an upgrade for a King bed through Travelocity and they did not honor it. Told me I was out of luck because I booked it through Travelocity and not through them directly. The told me I was out of luck...

We prepaid for the night to reserve the room. our worker showed up, but hotel told him there is no room for him. The hotel is full with bad attitude. So he had to drive all the way back to Vancouver. Definitely won’t send any of our workers back to here period.
Horrible Phone didn’t work. Shower didn’t work no maid service. No ice machine. Breakfast is a granola bar and coffe

We booked our stay through Expedia on Thursday afternoon. When we arrived Friday evening at 7:30 pm to check in the hotel had no record of our reservation. Somehow the communication between Expedia and the hotel had failed. And, my experience at the front desk was very negative.

Hotel Internet Description Not Accurate. No bed linens upon check in. Reassigned to handicapped room. Not clean. Requested coffee maker..took 3 days to get one. Refrigerator smelled bad and could not use ice. One chair for table to use for eating. Very poor room conditions. Desk personnel tried to be helpful. Condition of faculty not their fault. Would not recommend staying there.
