We Asked to use kitchen utensils, was told unable to UNLESS we stayed more than one night .I saw nothing specifying you had to book more than one night In order to use kitchen utensils .No tea nor coffee at night either too was part of (Included) 24 hrs . Both were Advertised as part of amenities during stay .everything else good .unable to find maybe a box for keycards for express checkout .

Could use some updates/ maintenance, but hotel was sufficient for our needs :)
