It was very loud and run down. Staff were great got anything we needed to borrow. It was nice to have a fridhe and microwave in the room but there was no coffee maker. There was a convention so they didnt have any available for use. The "breakfast" was limited to the worst coffee ever, oatmeal, and muffins.

When I entered the property it was clean, looked nice on the outside and the staff was friendly I was greeted when I walked in was an easy process for them to find my booking and they asked for a card just mandatory For Guest staying shorter then a week
It was in a good location and close to the ART bus stop. Definitely needs some renovations

Okay for the price Positive - Jessie at check in has great customer service, professional, and kind. Good walking distance. Convenient parking. Negative- The room was dirty even with a room change , each towel had stains even with new towel request , and the bed (pillow and sheets) had stains. You get what you pay for …
