Hotel had a funky smell as soon as I walked in. When I got to the room it smelled so bad I had to go buy a frebreeze plug in. The fridge did not keep my drinks cold at all I had to put them and my food in the freezer and kept it over night and it barely got cold. The room was pretty clean but the headboard was dirty. We luckily only stayed one night and slept since we were there for Disneyland.

THAT PROPERTY DOESN'T OFFER HOUSEKEEPING IF YOUR RESERVATION IS FOR LESS TAN 7 DAYS. IF YOU NEED ANYTHING LIKE TOWELS, SOAP, TOILET PAPER,BED SHEETS ETC, YOU HAVE TO GO TO THE FRONT DESK TO GET THEM. ALSO YOU NEED TO BRING YOUR GARBAGE TO THE NEXT GARBAGE ROOM. THAT'S HORRIBLE. EXPEDIA MUST SHOW THAT INFORMATION EN RED BEFORE PEOPLE MAKE ANY RESERVATION. I'LL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT HOTEL.

Ceiling was really dirty sheets where dirty when we let an employee know they didn’t do anything about it terrible experience

hotel was decent as far as staff and room cleanliness/space; continental breakfast could have been better instead of packaged muffins and granola bars from a box; no security in hotel, front doors open to anyone who wants to come in, drugs being dealt out of room next to ours, smelled of marijuana and cigarettes; homeless people in dumpsters and hanging out in smoking area by the pool; had someone try to break into room in middle of night....would not stay here again or recommend.

When I arrived at the hotel and asked for restroom for my kid. I was told no restroom in lobby and you have to check-in first. I did the check-in and I went to my room and entire lobby on the room floor had a very bad odor like smoking. I went down and asked if this smoke free hotel and I told them. Hotel is dirty We originally had booked for 2 nights but ended up checking out after the first night and booking with another hotel. The toilet had residue from many previous customers on the outside, towels weren't clean, found a stain on one. Carpets also had pretty decent sized stains. There was pieces of earbage left behind right on the tv stand, overall just blatant disregard for cleanliness from the cleaning staff. Will not stay here again.
