Keep looking Terrible guest service. 30 minutes to check in with absolutely no one at the counter. No name tags. No apologies. No information, just a key. Dirty. No coffee maker in room, upon request. No working phone to call to check out or ask for anything and no person at front desk again when trying to check out. Make up on pillow case. The hotel stay was disappointing. Noisy refrigerator all night, as well as guest. Towels not cleaned properly cause it’s because rooms are not cleaned daily unless you’re staying 8 days or more which is unsanitary

Hotels.com sucks Hotel didn’t have our reservations even though I had a conformation email from hotels.com and had no room for us at 1230 am called hotels.com got no help found new hotel on my own still got charged for the original hotel I never stayed at will never use again

I booked a one bedroom for one night for a trip to Disneyland. That day at 8:00pm i received a call from the hotel stating they had no reservations for us and we had to relocate. The customer service i received was horrible. People stay someone else and save yourself a bad experience!
