We were traveling with two toddlers and a child after driving for many hrs we were unable to make it to Anaheim on time for the 3pm check in time because the kids were exhausted. We had no cell service and when we finally made it we found out our room had been given away and I had been charged for the night, not only did we had no place to stay we Were charged for the room because we didn’t make it on time even though we had reserved the room for two nights. Room was dirty, we had no water when got there because of a broken water line, the ceiling was water damaged everywhere and they refused room sercice woudnt change bedding towels or sheets because we werent there long enough WE STAYED A WEEK!!!!!!

When we got there to check in, there was nobody at the front desk and we ended up waiting for about 15-20mins. The room was disappointing. Found strands of hair on the bed, the smell of the room was unpleasant and unsure if the towels provided were clean. There were stains and black stuff on them. The only good thing was the location. Most likely will not come back here

DO NOT STAY HERE. REFUSE TO STAY AT ALL COST DO NOT fall for the look of the hotel online! This place offers no king sized beds and no queens either. This hotel has termites in room 308 ( As we heard when we were down stairs, and the termite employee yelled it out to the front desk employee). There were times we didnt even see a front desk employee as this hotel only has one employee working. THERE IS NO ROOM SERVICE. It looks Hotel Staffs are overwhelmed with their work. They hate to see you coming to stay in their hotel. Hotel rooms are standard as like any other extended stay america.

Never again The hotel has a no smoking policy, yet our room reeked of cigarettes. The room next door was very loud and in and out slamming doors until 3am. When I tried to call and complain, I found out the phone didn't even work. I called from my cell to the hotel and got a very rude person. It was pretty bad. I have never left a bad review, but I will never stay here again.

Free WiFi or lack there of is slow when you are able to connect to it. Upgraded to 2.5x for an additional charge which was supposed to give me the ability to stream and play online some gaming. It did not. Even the tv in the room kept losing signal. Ants are everywhere outside and inside in the halls. Not happy with stay and would not stay there again.

Lousy! Bedding was not changed the 3 nights we were there no clean towels each day. Had to go to the office and ask for clean items. Very disappointed.

I checked in at 6:30 and the room was still not ready. Even after it was cleaned the room looked horrible. Trash in the hall ways. Extremely disappointed with this place.
