Room stunk and heater did not work. Also carpet looks old and dirty

Even though that says non smoking everywhere you can smell very bad that people has been smoking. Very noisy rooms, you can hear the showers running or bathrooms flashing 3 room at any direction. The fridge on the room was very noisy as well.

We stayed in a room very close to elevator and it’s too noisy. The room also smells and we requested to change it and it didn’t happened

I liked how friendly the staff were . I disliked how badly our room smelt upon Arrival and our entire stay. We called down the front desk to let them know our room smelt strong of something like marijuana, and they politely told us they would come check things out. After an hour of waiting my husband went down to see if we could switch rooms but nothing else was available. It also seemed dusty in there which my family is allergy prone to. This hotel is very dirty. The lobby was dirty. The elevator was dirty. The room was dirty. There was hair on the pillowcases when we arrived. The desk chair was covered in fur and had holes in it. The desk looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in months. There wasn’t any cups or utensils in the cupboards. The shower was in poor condition and the water did not get very hot. The closet had flimsy shelves, plastic hangers and a curtain as the door.

Not the best hotel but you get what you pay for. Payed for a king size bed and got a full. Everything is old. Expected better.
