not too far for the place i went to do my business

Room was dirty and had a weird smell. The bed had hairs under the covers

Room had MW, fridge, 2 burner stovetop. Had to request dishes, cultlery, dishtowels (2 provided), pots and toaster. No dish soap or drainboard. nor can opener. Did not receive instructions from desk clerk as to hotel operations which were different from other hotels; for example, guests have to take their dirty linen to the front desk in order to receive clean linen. Also we were challenged by the desk clerk regarding our purchase of local bus passes. No room service except every 7 days, we stayed 3 nights and this lead to a... read more

Hotel was not what I expected, hotel staff failed to mention about additional cost for housekeeping services and room cleanliness is below average

Chairs that hurt when you sit down, bugs in the rooms, a cat was in the room I was given, yes a cat. The floors were dirty, there was no breakfast even though it said continental breakfast included. The staff was rude and wouldn't replace the dirty towels full of hair when I arrived. Two staff members were very nice though. I called the general manager and he never even bother to return my calls to this day.
