As soon as we arrived and got inside our room we were excited, but then only disappointed to find our sheets had some colored red stained(looked like blood)! We immediately told staff and had no real solution. He mentioned he would have the manager call us the very next morning to address the problem (Saturday). We checked out Monday morning with no follow up at all. Disappointed!

The room smells like wet dirty carpet and the refrigerator wasn’t working. Staff aren’t friendly!

The only person we saw the whole time we were there was a front desk person. Would have been okay, but all except 1 was less than friendly. Anytime we needed anything it seemed to be a bother. Who knew grabbing toilet paper could be a chore. Lack of being able to print out anything made ot difficult to get in some places (gotta love finding a kinko's or FedEx near by when most hotels have somewhere to do it inside.) Counld not get in late at night had to call someone to let me in there is no way to get a hold of anyone in the front desk to let you in

Para mi sorpresa el paquete que compré, no incluía Housekeeping (limpieza, camarera) de la habitación, ni siquiera cambio de sábanas o toallas El “Desayuno Incluido” era simplemente un Muffin, una barra de granola y un café que tiene que preparar Ud mismo La limpieza del Hotel en general era muy mala, y las instalaciones se ven viejas El Personal de Front Desk bastante descortés y desinformado

I dont think it was very clean and smelled good. We didnt have conditioner either and when asked hotel didnt have any at all. I got hotel getting breakfast it was just coffee and muffins
