Staff of the hotel were never available for anything. Called for a blanket and was told to go downstairs in 10 minutes but when we did there was nobody at the desk. The next day I requested towels because we didn’t have housekeeping and never received them.

Not all extended stays are the same. The bathroom was in bad shape & the rug was nasty
Need better pastries and coffee, also no half and half only a couple flavored creamers. On their website it says free breakfast which is miss leading considering it just coffee and cheap packaged muffins.
The property needs an update.
