The first level room was noisy, my elderly mother was unable to rest overnight. The first front desk attendant was unable to locate another room, understood that the booking was done by a “third party vendor”. Second front desk attendant was helpful and had empathy towards my mother’s needs.
This hotel room was convenient, clean, hospitable and decked with a mini kitchen that would be perfect for someone looking to stay for a week. Will return

Food stuck to the stove burner, hair on the comforter, roaches on the wall. However staff was very friendly and personable. I do know they said they were running with one maid.

The staff was superb. However, the stairwells were dirty & reeked of urine. There was also an insipid odor emanating from within my room as if to cover up a more awful odor. The side entrances were not accessible for reentry with my keycard except for one side entrance that had a rag, wrapped in very thick duct tape that kept it ajar. Any & everyone could & did gain access into the hotel from that entrance, which is highly unsafe. The hotel seems shabby & antiquated. I will not be returning nor recommending this hotel.
