Amenities need to be updated, no daily housekeeping, no ice machine, shampoo and other items only available at the front desk. Grab and go breakfast was comical with a packaged muffin or a granola bar.

Nice that it was pet friendly but the room next to mine with their dogs that barked very loud when they opened their door and went out twice during the night and woke me up both nights around the same time. Not a very relaxing night sleep.

The hotel itself was okay. I was a little disappointed that the room was not thoroughly clean. I always check the bed for bed bugs before I lay in it and when I pulled the covers I saw someones hair left on the comforter which lead me to believe that the covers werent washed. In the kitchen cabinet there was two bags of trash and there were nats inside. I had to ask one of the guys vaccuming to take it. 1 bad thing was getting downgraded without notice I really enjoyed my stay at this location. When I checked in and got into my room I noticed it was the normal sized ones. I had booked one of their deluxe suits because my friend flying in from Denver was also Sharing the room with me and we would be sleeping in separate beds (the couch was pull out in the deluxe suit) so because we got downgraded, no notice prior to, I was forced to sleep in the same bed. Could be better Even though our room was non smoking, the hotel is not therefore there is plenty smoke reak in the air even our own room. Little things made this a no so comfortable stay. (Missing linen for a dirty sofabed, remote control not working, smell, checkinh in issues, breakfast mediocre or non existent. A bit disappointed for the price paid
