Floors were being mopped as I checked in yet there was dirt/crumbs all around edges at elevator and inside elevator dirty. Room was ok but could use a deep clean.

My husband booked quickly and I should have read the reviews before we booked. On arrival I initially thought oh this is in nice tucked in business area shortly to be greeted in the parking lot by sketchy looking people. Walking down the hallways a lady came out of one of the rooms joking about ghost I thought it was strange. The next day in day light I got a better view of the property and there is a lot of homeless renting these rooms living in them roaming around. Odor in the room was horrible The odor in the room smelled like an uncleaned cat box, extremely offensive, and for the price for you pay for one night these room should be updated but mostly deodorized

We were traveling 4 hours to this destination and were scheduled to stay Mon-Sat. Halfway in, around 7:00 pm, the hotel called and cancelled our reservation. Were told that since we booked 3rd party and they needed our room, we no longer had a reservation. The receptionist then told us "Have a great day" and hung up the phone. We had to find another reservation for the week, which wasn't easy and was quite costly.
