Overall, I had a terrible night, and I would never stay there again or recommend this hotel. The only "good" thing was Cam at the front desk was very nice. The hotel room smelled, the pillow were awful, in the hallways and the little entry ways by the exterior doors- there is so many spider webs and dead moths, insects, ect. It was so gross. The water "pressure"- if you can call it that- was laughable. Also, the "continental" breakfast was a complete joke. Could be a lot better for the price Found long hair in bathroom counter top when 1st arrival. No shampoo and conditioner in room. Only shampoo available when asked Queen size but look like a full size bed Uncomfortable stay ovsrall

Dirty and smelled like wet dogs on the second floor. Room had big hole in the wall did not look like floor had been vacuumed sticky kitchen door cabinet handles were sticky. Curtains were dirty with some gross stuff on it and the back of them was peeling out. They were also coming off the rod. Outside was nicely kept. I would never stay at an Extended Stay property again

I had a bathroom leak in unit and also i selected a "smoke free room" but it smell horribly like cigarettes. Will not stay here again

Dog chew bone in the empty cupboards, and a dried up urine spot on the tile floor - presumably from the previous guest with a dog on the floor. Gross

Hotel was very run down and smelly. First room they gave me smelled strongly of animals. Neighbor in next room had TV on loud the whole time I was there.

I asked for a artist refund up at the desk. She said she was going to contact you. I’d like is asap. Even if it’s the $96 credit points I used.
