Really bad odor on elevator and 3rd floor hall way

Room smelled, there were stains on the curtains that looked like dried blood and there was supposed to be a grab and go breakfast but was empty, coffee only

Staff so rude not friendly and not helpful, not clean room, not change the towels even we asked for it.

The staff was great! The room was average and the bedding was clean. It was close to a lot of good places. The side exterior door which was supposed to be a keyed entrance was busted. The stairway smelled like marijuana. The curtains in the room were disgustingly filthy. The tub was dripping the entire time and the refrigerator had a strange smell.

Terrible experience… When I arrived at 11pm after driving 1000 miles I learned that they sold my room and had nowhere for me to stay. When I asked if they had a restroom I could use while I figured out where I would stay, she said no. The rest of my family also stayed here where they experienced a fight in the parking lot between 2 others guests.

Not satisfied Broken coffee pot given. No one at the front desk to help in the middle of the night. Breakfast put away to fast and they ran out of everything.
