When I checked in the woman working the front desk was very pleasant and responsive. She was the only person I encountered that was friendly or helpful. The TV didn't work when I arrived, there were no bath towels, no cups, coffee maker or coffee. I checked in late at night so the next morning as I was leaving for the day I made the new person behind the front desk aware of the situation. Lobby smelled like weed the three days I was there, my first room was run down with stains on the carpet and smelled heavily of cigarettes (non smoking room). Moved to a second room which also had stains on the carpet, scuffed up walls! Yuck! I like the area, but this hotel is a pass until they clean it up and or remodel!

Front desk was rude and they overbooked the hotel and provided me no option. The front desk needs to find another job.
