Beware This was probably the worst room ive ever stayed in. Immediately we noticed the smell of the room. After investigating we decided it had to be cat urine of the carpets. The beds are a bag of mush and the springs stick in your body. There were long dark hairs through the room and stuck to the cieling of the bathroom. No trashcan and the furniture is in need of replacing. Terrible experience, glad it was for 1 night.

They have unstable government paid residence that the hotel knows is a nuisance, he screamed am me and my grandchildren, profanities kept coming as we walked from our car to the lobby, front desk person said don’t worry the police has been called many times and he’s harmless, they didn’t want to make a report, we left as soon as possible

HOTEL DOES NOT HONOR RESERVATIONS/SHAME This hotel overbooks customers. DO NOT RESERVE Here expecting to have a hotel stay. I booked her with some friends from different areas of CA and 2 of us had reservations and did NOT stay at the hotel. If you read their reviews it is a practice they have been doing for quite awhile. Keisha at the counter was great. However the live in residents hanging around the building and the vehicles in the parking lot that are falling apart or that have not moved in months maybe year+ did not give me of the hotel. Along with no pool and absolutely no place to gather for any type of socializing. This was a trip for a water polo club and there was no place for the team to gather before or after games. Nothing was unique everything outdated, small kitchenette but no disposable utensils or paper plates available , if your going to be that cheap at least buy them at the dollar store, NO coffee pot, didn’t use bed sheets or pillows they looked washed but didn’t smell like it, idk if it was even washed, floors dirty.
