No dishes, ask for utensils never got any. Carpet wasn’t even vacuumed

This property has not been maintained. The room was old and tired. The shower and sink drains were not working. The free breakfast was a joke. We paid way too much money for this "dump". Very disappointing and would not consider staying at an Extended Say America Suites property again. The front desk person was super nice!

No thank you Really run down, and a lot of long term tenants who have run of the place. Have to ask for any cooking pots pans dishes etc. rooms are passable, barely. Walked out of the building to find a gentleman peeing outside on the building drunk, smoking and chatting with his roomies to only then have to walk back to our rooms on the same floor together awkwardly. Building is smoke free but the staff does nothing to prevent smokers from loitering outside the exits and under guest suites. Drinking smoking etc. Stay anywhe... read more

place was not worth $ (they dont let u say price)..dirty towels & linens. no AMMENITIES, no dishes, no napkins, NO COFFEE!! stay at motel 6, really much better..WI-FI is WAY SLOW ( but u can buy it!!} hilarious!!! motel 6 much better for price..

Terrible location, uncomfortable beds, no coffee maker in room, construction work next door, back door to hotel does not lock so we didn’t feel safe, etc

Very disappointed in this property: ZERO amenities . . . no coffee on property, no cups or utensils in room, plunger in sink was broken and room next door's alarm clock went off at 4:30AM with rap music blaring in my ear through the wall!!! I will NEVER stay at this hotel again!

Homeless people and pit bull dogs all over the property. Didn't feel safe .

I’m very disappointed with Expedia, I have been using it for years for all kinds of trips and this is the first time I had issues. After a long day of driving with reservations I showed up and front desk staff said they did not have any rooms with double beds and I would need to go through Expedia for a refund or change reservations.
